Yes we can change the shipping address of your order if it is not shipped from the seller's warehouse.

You can do guest checkout via PayPal using your credit or debit card alone (without creating an account with PayPal). Please refer the below screenshot.

This error may have occurred as a result of a hold PayPal placed during the processing of this payment. When this hold occurs, the seller must have funds in their PayPal balance to cover the store fees or the payment is automatically reversed. In this case, if the seller does not have the required funds in their PayPal balance, they should add them by initiating a transfer from a confirmed bank account. Once the transfer is complete, the buyer should be able to successfully reattempt their purchase.

If you cannot complete your transaction using this solution, then it may be due to either you or the other user having spending limitations based on recent purchases, currency limitations based on location, an open PayPal dispute, or account access limitations based on if your email and address credentials are verified. You may also need to reset your PayPal Security Key if you have one. If the issue persists, please contact PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call) and have the other user do the same to determine the cause. If PayPal is unable to determine the cause for either user, this error may be the result of a temporary issue on PayPal ends which can be resolved by attempting checkout at a later time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resolve this issue ourselves as this is an error occurring from PayPal’s side within their checkout system.

PayPal charges a fee for international transactions. This is applicable to all PayPal customers who pay to the overseas merchants/sellers. You can calculate shipping cost in your shopping cart page and or checkout page as well. for eg., add any product to cart and go to your shopping cart page, there you will find estimate shipping cost tab where you can enter your state and country to calculate the shipping cost. We ship via DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS, DPD, TOLL, 4PX, Aramex, SF-Express, etc.

Shipment will be processed from seller's warehouse location. It may be from China,EU,US,UK,EU,AU,Canada and Russian Warehouses. It is based on seller warehouse stock availability.

Yes we offer free shippig to most countries but not all countries. Some countries are exempted from free shipping offer due to expensive shipping cost and taxes.

Yes we offer worldwide shipping for selected branded 3D Printers except some countries. 

Mostly not needed to pay. We offer free shipping to most of our 3D Printer brands but some seller 3D printers requires ship cost to remote area countries to cover the courier's cost.

A remote area is defined as a place that is not close to any larger city or any other point, where local depots of courier companies are located. Courier companies consider these areas difficult to reach, and therefore, additional costs may apply. Problems when shipping to a remote area is a possibility when shipping to these destinations:

• Islands;
• Suburbs;
• Ski resorts;
• Small towns and towns that are far away from the courier company’s hub. 

As it is difficult to deliver shipments to remote area, for each shipment delivered to such address, extra surcharge needs to be collected.

Yes we will provide tracking number via email.

When a seller creates a label for an order, we provide a tracking number which the seller may share with us prior to uploading the information to courier. Once the seller transmits the shipment information to courier, you'll be able to track your package, and you will see the status. it may take up to 24 to 48 hours. If your tracking is not showing even after 2 days. Please contact us.

We usually ship the item within 4 to 5 working days lead time. transit may take up to 2 to 5 days depends on the location. Some 3D Printers lead time may be extended to 15 to 20 working days. Please contact us to ensure before you place order with us.

If tracking information is inconclusive for an extended period of time, you should contact your courier to file a lost/stolen package claim and communicate with the seller to have them do the same. In rare cases, there may simply be a delay in the tracking information, but you should contact the courier directly for more information. If the courier is unable to locate the parcel, you are entitled to a full refund and should contact the seller to have them refund you in full for your purchase.

If tracking information shows delivery confirmation to your address, the seller is not required to take any further action. Your best course of action to locate the package is to file a police report and/or stolen package claim with your local courier.

In some cases, the package may have been erroneously marked as delivered earlier than the actual delivery date. In others, the package may have been stolen if a signature was not required. Regardless, it is your responsibility to locate the package after it has been marked as delivered.

If your order ships from outside of your country or zone, you may be subjected to pay import taxes to your government. Every countries have different import taxes rates based on their import law. Your order price includes only product value and shipping cost but not includes import taxes. 

Please contact your local customs office with this HS CODE : 8477 to know the exact import taxes rates applicable.

Yes but only some cases like If your order ships from same country or zone as your shipping location, then there is more likely you don't need to pay import taxes and it is tax free shipping.

No we do not deliver to APO/PO box addresses.

Unfortunately we do not accept direct pickups at this time. You have to place order from our store and we will ship directly to your door.

PayPal refunds are intant in most cases but however if you paid via your credit/debit card. it may take 2 to 5 working days to reflect the transaction. Bank transaction refunds may take up to 5 to 10 working days.

You should return your order to the manufacturer’s warehouse address after you get return authorization from us. Please note that the returns are not accepted to our registered office address in the United States.

Refunds will be issued in 2 to 3 Business days of receiving the item in resalable condition.If the item is deemed not resalable or damaged, an appropriate amount may be deducted from your refund to cover the damages incurred.
